Fees
All fees must be paid upfront. Please pay invoice amount the latest at time of arrival. There is no possibility of refunds. The campsite is booked and held for your reservation, (voucher as refund possible). Please show us membership ID (DCC, ICC) for discounts. A late discount is not possible. A service charge of € 10,- will be charged.
ICC/DCC-Camping-Discounts
Please let us know at time of reservation. A valid ID and membership card is needed to consider a discount. A late discount is not possible there is also no discount possible for our specials.
Departure
Please see the Operation Manager before departure. Time of departure is noon (12 pm) after that time an extra night will be charged. By signing out, the electricity charge is due and you will also get back your deposit. Please make sure you leave your campsite as you have found it. All extra cleaning will be charged.
Visitors
Please register any visitors and overnight guests at the front desk. There is a fee for visitors and overnight guests. Please inform your guests regarding our campsite regulations. All guest vehicles must be parked at the designated parking lots.
Yearly, season and 88-days-contracts
There is need of explanation for these types of contracts to the contracting party because of the special agreement/condition.
